Bogmon – A Scream in the Void

Buried In Time, 2011
Jul 23, 2014

Bogmon came from the void with this release and disappeared again leaving behind sounds that don’t come out very often. The atmosphere of the album is dark with complex and strong rhythms that constitute the solid structure of each track. Sounds and bass layers come and go, decorating masterfully the downtempo and technoish feel of most tracks.

These sounds, that in reality enrich the nearly industrial and tribal rhythm, fade away along with beat manipulation, in order to introduce a different ending to “A Scream in the Void”. The last two tracks are true compositions and are surprisingly based on guitar. “Free float”, while picking up a more optimistic tune, marks the cheerful descent of Bogmon back to the void.

Join this emptiness’s fullness with "Demons May Trail", "Down From The Shimmering Sky", "Serpent And Rainbow", "Cloudscaping" and "Free Float".
